Zone-Universities of Applied Sciences Sport Services is the sport services of Haaga-Helia, Laurea and Metropolia
The mission of Zone sport services is to activate and move the community of universities of applied sciences.
All the services are available to the students and staff of metropolia. The sport pass includes instructed classes, ball sports, gyms, free sport hall reservations and Yogobe online yoga service.
Zone Sport Services offers approximately 40 hours of instructed classes are offered according to the semesters and schools ‘opening hours. The classes vary from light exercise focused on body maintenance and well-being to high intensity training.
Ball sports is offered as badminton reservations, ball sport shifts and ball sport courses. At Ball Sport Shifts you get to play futsal, basketball, volleyball, floorball and badminton with other UAS students and staff members. All shifts are open to players of all levels.
The cost of the pass is 15€ for spring semester

Events with ESN
ENS is one of the largest student networks, 40 countries all over Europe. It’s an “enrichment of society through international students”. They have 530+ local sections, international level-ESN AISNBL, national level- ESN Finland and local sections.
